January 20 – April 21: open Friday & Saturday, 10am-3pm. April 22 – July 3: open everyday, 9am-6pm. July 4: Limited hours, check back for updates.

July 5 – December 23: open every day, 10am – 3pm, except closed on Thanksgiving Day.

Balet Flowers & Design provides high quality plants, flowers, & pottery to customers around the Saratoga region. Our greenhouse & flower farm produces vibrant annuals, perennials, vegetable & herb plants & cut flowers as well as seasonal plant & flower arrangements. We also work with home owners designing & installing gardens & landscapes ‘gardenscapes’ with our specialty of choosing plants that will give color throughout the year. We love to design flowers on our farm working with wedding parties & others planning special occasions to create elegant floral designs with a unique country flair.
